Auction Terms & Conditions On-line only auction. All items are sold ASIS. Pickup dates are Thursday, March 16th & Friday, March17th. 9am-5pm. All items must be picked up within 2 days. All items not picked up will be resold or disposed of and any sales will be kept for storage costs. Preview by appt. Everything will be paid for through Hi-Bid by VISA or Mastercard w/13% buyers premium applied to all purchases. Sales tax of 6% will be collected on all purchases unless buyer has a valid resale number. Please email a copy of your resale number and a tax exempt form prior to the auction to rwdauction@comcast.net. Invoices will be emailed upon completion of auction.
Everything sold ASIS. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. In case of technical difficulties the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Shipping is available through a third party shipping company. SHIPPING CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE!! KEEP THIS IS MIND WHEN BIDDING, NOT AFTER!! Shipping costs will be billed separately by the shipper. With the exception of vehicles, lg. equipment and skidded lots all out of state buyers will have their item(s) automatically shipped. If you do not want your item(s) shipped please note this when you register!!
