Another very large auction w/very nice vehicles, John Deere 6x4 gator, lawn & garden equipment, tools, antiques, collectibles furniture and so much more! Almost entirely estate items fresh to the market! All items will be charged automatically to your card on file. GMC & Jeep will have $1,000.00 deposit on card, balance by check if known by us, otherwise bank certified check.

Auction Terms & Conditions On-line only auction. All items are sold ASIS. Pickup dates are Thursday,November 10th & Friday, November 11th 8am-5pm. All items must be picked up within 2 days. All items not picked up will be resold or disposed of and any sales will be kept for storage costs. Preview by appt. Everything will be paid for through Hi-Bid by VISA or Mastercard w/13% buyers premium applied to all purchases. Sales tax of 6% will be collected on all purchases unless buyer has a valid resale number. Please email a copy of your resale number and a tax exempt form prior to the auction to rwdauction@comcast.net. Invoices will be emailed upon completion of auction.
Everything sold ASIS. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. In case of technical difficulties the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Shipping is available through a third party shipping company. All shipping details will be provided by the Mail Dock Phone 717-274-6600 or email auctionshipping@comcast.net Shipping costs will be billed separately by the Mail Dock. When in doubt call them before bidding! Processing time for auction shipping is roughly 7-10 days. With the exception of vehicles, lg. equipment and skidded lots all out of state buyers will have their item(s) automatically shipped. If you do not want your item(s) shipped please note this when you register!!

Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via Visa or Mastercard through Hi-Bid. Please have the correct credit card information on file with HIBid. A PA 6% sales tax will be charged on all transactions. If you are tax exempt you will need to send a copy of your tax exempt form to rwdauction@comcast.net prior to the auction.
