Auction Terms & Conditions On-line only auction. All items are sold ASIS. Pickup dates are Thursday, July 8th & Friday, July 9th from 8am-5pm. All items must be picked up within 2 days. All items not picked up will be resold or disposed of and any sales will be kept for storage costs. Preview by appt. Everything will be paid for through Hi-Bid by VISA or Mastercard w/13% buyers premium applied to all purchases. Sales tax of 6% will be collected on all purchases unless buyer has a valid resale number. Please email a copy of your resale number and a tax exempt form prior to the auction to rwdauction@comcast.net. Invoices will be emailed upon completion of auction. Everything sold ASIS. All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Once the items are at MailDock and you decide not to have them shipped there will be a fee of $25 for pickup at the MailDock.
